http://www.vibrantvegan.com/raw-vegan...

The fruit for Day 1 is the BEAUTIFUL BANANA!

-Bananas are believed to have originated in Malaysia, and in the 6th century BCE, were recorded in Buddist writings

-Bananas are high in Iron! Because of this, they can help stimulate the production of hemoglobin, and thus help in cases of anemia.

-The Beautiful Banana is high in Potassium! They're also very low in salt, which makes them helpful in lowering blood pressure.

-Bananas' high Potassium levels made school children more alert and score higher on tests, one study claimed.

-Bananas contain B vitamins, which are great at calming our nervous systems

-Bananas have been reported to remove/get rid of warts! With surgical tape, tape a banana peel to the wart and leave on overnight, for several nights, until I suppose the wart falls off!
